Proof of residency is required (i.e. drivers license, utility bill).Prior to accumulating and loading materials into vehicle, review for items that are subjected to fee.We only accept credit or debit for payments.Eligibility and Exclusions: Please review prior to registering for a voucher.Participant is responsible for all expenses related to ineligible materials and weight exceeding 50-lbs.Covers a maximum of 50-lbs. of eligible materials at no cost.Excludes Waste Oils, Antifreeze, Alkaline Batteries, Propane Tanks, Tires, Mercury, Fire Extinguishers, Thermometers/Thermostats.Limited to one voucher per Niagara County household.Must be redeemed within 72 hours of registering.Does not include waste from Business institutions and not-for-profit organizations.Does not include material over 50-lbs., unacceptable items and multiple vouchers cannot be combined.Funding provided by the Niagara County Department of Public Works and NYSDEC.For a full list of HHW materials that Hazman accepts, click here - Hazman's Household Hazardous Waste Materials List.
